Leadership: The Power of Less

Leadership: The Power of Less

Hello Reader,

Each morning, I wake up to an endless stream of posts on leadership that will somehow transform us into better leaders.

But what if we're making it too complicated?

Here's what I've experienced on my inner leader journey.

It's more about clearing away the noise until all that remains is your authentic voice. Your presence. Your truth.

The power isn't in what you add, but in what you remove. Because we've all been conditioned to be somebody else.

Strip away the conditioning, the frameworks, the borrowed wisdom, the endless strategies, and what remains?

The core of real leadership is being fully present, aware, and aligned with who you are.

The magic is in becoming less, until all that remains is what matters most.

What do you know about leadership when you stop trying to be somebody else?

My coach shared this quote with me 13 years ago. It made little sense to me then and for many years since. Now I find...

The Power of Awareness Is the Ultimate Response to Control Hello Reader, True power doesn't come when we try to control our circumstances. It comes when we master our internal response to them. The Trump-Musk bullet point mandate isn't a workplace crisis. Instead, it shows our shared addiction to judgment and our collective unconsciousness. When someone asks us to justify our existence in bullet points, we can rise above our initial reactions. This isn't about efficiency but about...

Seeing with New Eyes When we create space for perception to shift, true leadership emerges not as something we do, but as something that flows through us. Hello Reader, I learned something interesting this past year. I learned to see with new eyes. The kind of eyes Joseph Jaworski wrote about in Synchronicity. For years I didn't understand what he meant. Then it happened to me. If you've read my posts and comments on LinkedIn lately, you know I've been looking differently at the problems...
